The joint educational program is implemented by the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the educational institution “Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno” of the Republic of Belarus.
The program covers specialty 6-05-0421-01 – “Jurisprudence” of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno and educational program 60420100 – “Jurisprudence” of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The duration of study is four years based on the “2+2” model: during the first two academic years (semesters 1–4), students study at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, and during the following two academic years (semesters 5–8), they study at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Education is conducted in full-time mode, in Russian, and on a fee-paying contractual basis.
Admission is conducted in two stages.
First stage – an entrance examination in the form of an oral interview. The interview is conducted by a subject examination committee composed of representatives of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno.
Second stage – an entrance examination in the Russian language, conducted within the deadlines agreed with the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Competences under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Applicants who score at least 30 percent of the maximum possible score at the first stage are admitted to participate in the second stage.
Applicants who score at least 30 percent of the maximum possible score at the second stage are admitted to participate in the admission competition. Admission to study is carried out based on the results of the competition within the approved admission quotas.
To submit documents, candidates must register through the Academy’s special electronic platform – https://admission.proacademy.uz/ – by September 16, 2026 (inclusive) and upload the following documents:
A certificate of general secondary education or a diploma of specialized secondary or professional education indicating the subjects studied and the grades (scores) received in them.
A copy of the passport or ID card.
A certificate issued by an authorized healthcare institution confirming the absence of HIV infection.
A certificate confirming that the candidate is not registered with a psychoneurological dispensary.
A certificate confirming that the candidate is not registered with a narcological dispensary.
Ten photographs measuring 3×4 cm.
Documents issued in the Uzbek language must also be accompanied by their translations into Russian, notarized in accordance with the established procedure.
Certificates confirming the level of Russian language proficiency are not accepted.
