The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan invites foreign citizens to study in the undergraduate programmes in “Jurisprudence” and “Cyber Law”.
Education is provided on a modern academic campus, in classrooms equipped with advanced information and communication technologies, by highly qualified professors and teaching staff.
During their studies, international students may benefit from the following opportunities:
· access to interactive educational services, information resources and the Academy’s sports infrastructure, as well as accommodation in the dormitory;
· participation in student clubs, supplementary training courses, intellectual games, competitions, contests, spiritual and educational events, meetings and round-table discussions;

· participation in seminars and training sessions involving foreign and local scholars, specialists and experts, as well as national and international scientific and practical conferences and forums;
· participation in social projects, grants and international programmes related to law enforcement activities within the framework of international cooperation.
Scholars and specialists with many years of professional experience in the field of law enforcement are involved in the educational process. Practical classes in specialised modules are conducted in the Academy’s simulation rooms and laboratories.
To develop students’ practical skills, joint practical, field-based and demonstration classes are organised at preliminary investigation and inquiry bodies, as well as at forensic examination institutions.
Educational programmes
“Jurisprudence” undergraduate programme: full-time study – 4 years, in Uzbek and Russian;
“Cyber Law” undergraduate programme:
· full-time study – 4 years, in Uzbek and Russian.
Admission requirements
Foreign citizens are admitted on a tuition-fee basis in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Document submission procedure
Document submission deadline: until 30 September 2026 (inclusive).
To apply for admission, applicants must register through the Academy’s dedicated electronic platform – https://admission.proacademy.uz/ – and upload the following documents:
· an application for admission;
· documents certifying the subjects studied and the grades (scores) obtained in examinations in those subjects;
· a medical certificate confirming the applicant’s health status;
· a national passport (with a valid visa) or birth certificate;
· 6 photographs measuring 4 × 6 cm.
The above-mentioned documents must also be accompanied by copies translated into Russian and duly notarised.
Additional documents may be requested where necessary.
Interview procedure
Foreign citizens are admitted to the Academy’s undergraduate programmes based on the results of an interview.
The interview is conducted to assess:
· the applicant’s worldview – general awareness of the main and important socio-political and socio-economic processes currently taking place in the world;
· professional aspirations and motivation – understanding of the nature and substance of the legal profession, its role and significance in society, the areas of professional activity of lawyers and the specific characteristics of the profession, as well as the reasons that motivated the applicant to choose this profession;
· general intellectual level – the ability to express one’s views clearly, logically and creatively, and to substantiate one’s point of view;
· moral and ethical standards – adherence to firm moral and ethical principles, communication etiquette and standards of personal appearance.
Interview languages: Uzbek and Russian.
Interview format and venue
The interview is conducted either in person or remotely (online).
The in-person interview is held at the Academy’s premises. The remote interview is organised using information and communication technologies, with mandatory identification of the participant.
Candidates are required to present a passport or another document confirming their identity.
Assessment of interview results
Regardless of whether the interview is conducted in person or remotely, its results are assessed on a 100-point scale. The maximum score for each criterion is 25 points.
If an applicant fails to appear for the interview at the appointed time, 0 points will be awarded.
An applicant who scores 56 points or more is considered to have successfully passed the interview.
Admission of foreign citizens
Based on the interview results, candidates are admitted to the undergraduate programmes by order of the Head of the Academy.
Foreign citizens arriving for study undergo a medical examination. Students admitted to the Academy are provided with student identification cards in accordance with the established procedure.
Upon completion of their studies, foreign citizens are awarded a diploma of higher education of the established format.
