Under the leadership of B. Valiyev, First Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan, studies are being conducted in Kashkadarya region on 14–18 September by the Republican Interagency Coordination Headquarters and working group in order to ensure the implementation of Presidential Resolutions No. PQ-1 and PQ-2 dated 5 January 2026.

As part of these activities, short-term distance professional development courses were organized by professors and teachers of the Law Enforcement Academy for more than 400 “mahalla seven” employees working in mahallas classified as “red” based on the results of the first 8 months of the current year.

The training sessions covered conflictology, tactics for resolving disputes, stress management, psychological resilience, cyber hygiene and protection against cyber threats, prevention of domestic violence, preventive mechanisms for combating corruption, as well as issues related to fostering a culture of integrity.

In addition, the results of scientific and practical studies conducted in 2023–2025 in “red” category mahallas assigned to the Academy, as well as organizational and criminological tactics and strategies developed on their basis, were discussed.

Particular attention was paid to the application in practice of the manual entitled “Studies conducted and scientific recommendations developed in the mahallas of Kashkadarya region assigned to the Law enforcement academy by resolutions No. PQ-1 and PQ-2 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 5 January 2026”, prepared based on the results of the studies.
