The meeting focused on developing international cooperation in the field of corruption prevention and combating corruption, exchanging experience, as well as implementing joint educational and research projects.

The parties also exchanged views on modern approaches and effective tools for preventing and combating corruption.

Anti-Bribery Committee Japan (ABCJ), as an independent expert association, carries out activities aimed at improving corruption prevention mechanisms, developing corporate anti-corruption systems, and enhancing the responsibility of businesses in the context of international cooperation.

Representatives of the Anti-Bribery Committee Japan delegation were briefed on the activities of the Law Enforcement Academy in the field of combating corruption, including efforts to enhance the legal awareness of the population and civil servants, develop compliance systems, as well as the activities of the Virtual Academy for Combating Corruption electronic platform.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their interest in further developing cooperation in the field of combating corruption, exchanging experience, and implementing joint initiatives.
