At present, there is a need to engage a specialist on a temporary basis to train Academy students in football. If the documents submitted by the specialist are approved, a bilateral civil law contract will be concluded between the specialist and the Academy.

Duties of the specialist:

Conduct scheduled football training sessions for Academy students in accordance with the established schedule;

Develop and implement training programs;

Ensure the physical, technical, tactical and psychological training of students;

Gradually develop students’ skills in football;

Develop individual and team playing skills among students;

Identify and support talented students;

Prepare the Academy team for football competitions;

Develop sports ethics, team play and sports discipline among students;

Ensure compliance with safety rules during training sessions;

Prevent student injuries during training sessions and ensure medical supervision;

Continuously monitor the physical condition of students;

Prepare reports on the work carried out during training sessions and competitions and provide information to the Academy management in accordance with the established procedure.

Requirements for the candidate:

Be between 25 and 50 years of age;

Higher or specialized secondary education and at least 3 years of practical experience (football specialization is considered a priority);

Must have a coaching certificate in football and a qualification category.

Duration of work: 2 (two) months.

Payment amount: determined by agreement of the parties and paid to the applicant based on the results of the work performed.

Requirements: ability to apply modern training methodologies and innovative methods, ability to work in harmony with the team, ability to work with students, responsibility and discipline.

Working hours: 2 hours per day, 3 working days per week.

The applicant must personally apply to the Department of Military and Physical Training of the Academy with a civil passport or ID card and submit the relevant documents (identity document, curriculum vitae, diploma confirming higher education and its supplement, copy of the employment record book, STIR certificate. After the submitted documents have been reviewed, an interview with the applicant may be conducted as part of the commission, if necessary.
