At the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the current state of research activities, implementation of individual work plans, progress of research, and the preparation of dissertation projects by basic doctoral students and doctoral students enrolled in postgraduate education were reviewed.

During the monitoring, reports submitted by academic supervisors and heads of relevant areas were heard, and the activities of each researcher were assessed. Current tasks were discussed, and plans for the subsequent period were determined.

The monitoring was conducted to ensure the implementation of Decree No. PF-257 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 28 November 2022, Resolutions No. 304 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 22 May 2017 and No. 143 dated 6 April 2023, as well as other assignments.

Relevant recommendations were also provided on the effective organisation of research activities, ensuring the implementation of individual work plans, and improving research outcomes.

The monitoring will contribute to further improving the system for training research personnel at the Academy, developing the research potential of young scholars, and increasing the effectiveness of support for research that meets modern requirements.
