At the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the information and resource base is being systematically developed to provide the educational process and scientific research with modern literature. An important area of this work is the regular enrichment of the library collection with new textbooks and study guides on jurisprudence, law enforcement practice, as well as social sciences and humanities and professional training.
New legal literature covers the legal foundations of the activities of law enforcement agencies, investigative activities, prosecutorial supervision, forensic science, civil liability, administrative law and family law. The collection also includes publications devoted to systemic problems in investigating crimes related to road traffic accidents and ways to resolve them, as well as issues of liability for crimes in the field of land use and land protection.
Literature in the fields of social sciences and humanities and professional training is devoted to the contemporary history of Uzbekistan, sociology, professional and speech culture, and personal and collective protective equipment. They complement legal literature in terms of content and contribute to the development of learners’ worldview, communication culture and professional knowledge.
New publications expand opportunities for students and trainees to prepare for classes, independently master academic topics, and for researchers to select and analyse scientific sources.
