H. Xoliqulova, Associate Professor at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, delivered a presentation at the national scientific and practical conference entitled “Jadid Ideas and National Development: Modern Scientific Approaches in New Uzbekistan”, held at the University of Public Safety.

The conference discussed the role of the Jadid movement in the history of national development, the ideas behind educational reforms, and their current scientific and practical significance. The event served as a platform for dialogue on studying national history and spiritual heritage through modern scientific approaches, exchanging experience among scholars, and developing scientific cooperation.

In recognition of her presentation and active participation in the conference, Hulkar Xoliqulova was presented with a letter of appreciation from the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
