The Academy announces a competition for the position of specialist in foreign language teaching methodology (temporary work on a contractual basis).

In order to improve the quality of education at the Academy, enhance the effectiveness of foreign language teaching, implement advanced and effective approaches to English language instruction, and introduce modern teaching methods based on the CELTA system into the educational process, there is a need to engage a specialist in foreign language methodology on a temporary basis.

If the submitted documents are approved, a bilateral civil law contract will be concluded between the specialist and the Academy.

The specialist will be responsible for the following duties:

Ensuring the organization of foreign language teaching in the Academy based on modern pedagogical approaches;

Analyzing lesson structure, teaching methods, interaction between teachers and learners, and student engagement;

Developing and implementing proposals for introducing advanced international practices and effective CELTA-based teaching methods;

Designing appropriate teaching methods and tools based on learners’ levels, needs, and professional orientation;

Evaluating the effectiveness of English language instruction and providing recommendations for further improvement;

Providing methodological support to faculty members in applying innovative approaches, interactive methods, and modern lesson formats;

Organizing internal training sessions and seminars for Academy staff;

Timely and high-quality execution of assignments given by the Academy’s management.

Candidate requirements:

Higher (or incomplete higher) or secondary (specialized secondary) education;

Age between 18 and 50;

Proficiency in modern technical tools, ICT, digital educational platforms, and relevant software used in English language teaching.

Given that the work is carried out within the prosecution system, the engaged specialist must strictly adhere to established ethical standards.

Duration of the assignment: 2 months.

Remuneration is determined by agreement of the parties and paid monthly after signing the service acceptance certificate.

Additional requirements: responsibility and professionalism, initiative, teamwork skills, and timely, high-quality task completion.

Working hours: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00 (40-hour workweek).

The specialist will perform duties primarily on-site at the Academy. In certain cases, remote work may be allowed upon mutual agreement.

Applicants must personally submit documents to the Language Teaching Department of the Academy with a passport or ID card, including:

        identification document;

        CV (objective reference);

       diploma of higher education (with transcript);

       copies of certificates;

       copy of employment record book;

       TIN;

       PINFL certificate.

After reviewing the documents, candidates may be invited for an interview conducted by a комиссии.
