Education, Law, and Humanitarian Competencies: The Academy fosters professional communication with Kazakhstani colleagues.

A meeting was held at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with representatives of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, the main attention was paid to improving the processes of training, retraining and advanced training of law enforcement officers based on an interdisciplinary approach, as well as the role of social and humanitarian sciences in the formation of professional competencies of law enforcement officers.

It was noted that modern law enforcement activities require employees not only to be able to use legal tools at a professional level, but also to have developed analytical thinking, high legal culture, moral stability, communicative competence, and a deep understanding of social processes.

Representatives of the Academy of Kazakhstan familiarized themselves with the educational infrastructure of the Law Enforcement Academy, the modern conditions created for the educational process, research potential, and practice-oriented elements of personnel training.

At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the prospects for further development of cooperation, including the implementation of joint educational initiatives, the exchange of experience and the expansion of professional cooperation in the field of personnel training for law enforcement agencies.
